100-Mile Child Returns Policy
We will return most items purchased from our store or website, as long as the item is returned within 30 days of receipt of goods, and with a proof of purchase. The item must be returned in its original and perfect condition with packaging unopened.
ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
Items that cannot be returned include: nail polish, nail polish remover, sun screen, lip balm, shampoo, and bubble bath. In addition, all clearance items are final sale.
A FULL REFUND
For a full refund, the item must be accompanied by an original receipt. Items returned that were credit card purchased will only be credited to the original credit card, and the credit card receipt MUST be provided.
RETURNING ON YOUR PHONE NUMBER
If you provided your phone number at the time of your in-store purchase, we can use it to look a purchase up for you. However, as we cannot tell the method of payment, we can only provide you with a store credit, which does not expire.
RETURNING A GIFT
Gifts can be returned with a gift receipt, or using the phone number of the gift giver (but only if the phone number was provided) for a store credit equal to the original purchase price of the gift.
BROKEN / DAMAGED / DEFECTED ITEMS
An item that is broken, damaged or defected, must be returned within 30-days of purchase. A refund or exchange will only be given if the break, damage or defect is the result of a manufacturer’s error.
RETURNING ONLINE PURCHASES
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a refund for a purchase made online. We will only be responsible for refunding shipping costs if the problem is the result of a manufacturers defect. Once arrangements have been made, please send all returns to the following address:
