100-Mile Child Returns Policy

OUR POLICY

We will return most items purchased from our website, as long as the item is returned within 30 days of receipt of goods, and with a proof of purchase. The item must be returned in its original and perfect condition with packaging unopened.

ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

Items that cannot be returned include: nail polish, nail polish remover, sun screen, lip balm, shampoo, and bubble bath. In addition, all clearance items are final sale.

A FULL REFUND

For a full refund, the item must be accompanied by an original receipt. Items returned that were credit card purchased will only be credited to the original credit card, and the credit card receipt MUST be provided.

BROKEN / DAMAGED / DEFECTED ITEMS

An item that is broken, damaged or defected, must be returned within 30-days of purchase. A refund or exchange will only be given if the break, damage or defect is the result of a manufacturer’s error.

RETURNING ONLINE PURCHASES

Please contact us at info@the100milechild.ca to arrange a refund for a purchase made online. We will only be responsible for refunding shipping costs if the problem is the result of a manufacturers defect.
